At JS Mobile Valeting, we offer a wide range of expert detailing services for all types of vehicles, including cars from all sizes and vans. Our team of professionals use the best products and techniques to ensure your vehicle is back to looking its best.

We need access to your outside tap to carry out our services.

We take pride in our clients cars, and we want to make sure each car gets the same treatment and level of detail.

Unlike the hand car washes who try and get it done as fast as possible, we like to take our time to ensure everything is cleaned properly so the client is happy.

We wash all our cloths and mitts after every clean to reduce the risk of scratching.

We are fully insured and our prices are tailored to fit your budget.

All Customers will receive £5 off if you leave us a 5* Google review.

All prices are based on a vehicle being in average condition.

If the interior has excess amount of dog hair, sand or mud this will incur extra costs.

Excess brake dust will incur extra costs, we will confirm with you first before proceeding.

All vehicles will need an inspection before starting, to determine extra costs and previous damage.

15 miles travel is included within the price, anything above will need to be communicated with us before booking, as this may incur extra costs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms:

By accessing any part of the Website, you indicate that you accept these Terms.

Amendment of terms:

These Terms are subject to change at any time, and effective upon posting on the Website. It is advised you check back regularly in the case of any amendments.

Information security:

The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we take the steps required by law to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Website; any transmission is at your own risk.

Glove box:

We do not open nor clean glove boxes unless it has been emptied and left open for us. This is due to customers having private/important items inside.

Service Delivery:

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure your vehicle is in a reasonable condition by removing excess items from the interior and boot area. Either remove all your personal belongings, or put them in a bag away from rubbish that we will clear. Items that may resemble rubbish could be considered disposable and, therefore, removed. We will not be held responsible in such a situation.

Timings:

Estimated times of arrival and Service completion may be provided, these are only estimates. We do not guarantee that bookings will be started or completed within the estimated times.

Cancellation due to Weather:

JS Mobile Valeting carry out valet services all year round, on some occasions, the weather prevents us from pursuing our duties. If no sheltered work area is available, bad weather may regrettably force us to cancel. We will contact you by phone or email to confirm the cancellation and to re-schedule a more suitable appointment at no cost.

Engine Cleaning:

JS Mobile Valeting will take no responsibility for any damage caused by washing an engine compartment and will be spoken about before work is carried out.

Upon completion:

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that our valeting services are carried out to the highest standard and to the best of our ability, customers are requested to check the vehicle on completion, before providing confirmation of approval that work has been carried out to the standard and specification described. If there is any cause for dissatisfaction, customers are asked to point out the discrepancy to a member of our team, who will endeavour to correct it at that time and to the best of their ability. No responsibility can be accepted by the company for omissions/discrepancies detected after our team have left the customers premises.

Surcharge:

**PLEASE NOTE** JS Mobile Valeting reserves the right to adjust the price quotation subject to inspection of the car. Excessively dirty cars may incur a surcharge. Or even booked in for a maintenance wash/ valet and our team turn up to a vehicle caked in mud and really dirty inside and out. We will inform you at the time, before any works have begun.

Leaving us with the vehicle:

You are more than welcome to leave the key with us whilst you pop out for a while. We require payment first if you're going to be a long time. Please give us specific instructions where to put the key when we're done.

We cannot be held responsible if anything was to happen when we leave.
